Shawna Hinkle, CMBC

Officer Manager

My name is Brittany and I have just finished my masters in addictions counseling. I'm currently working as the case manager. I have two kids that keep me busy when I'm not working. I chose addiction counseling because I felt that it was truly my calling. Given my background of how I grew up, I always knew that I wanted to help people. When I started my masters I chose applied behavioral annalist and realized quickly that was not what I wanted. So, I changed courses and stuck with addictions, I will never regret that change. I love reading, I love to learn new things and I love to play sports. But most importantly, I love to teach my kids how to me kind and accepting of others. We never know when someone is struggling. I think that's why I chose to major in psychology and why I chose addictions counseling
